I am an abundance and transformation life coach with collectively over 30 years of personal experience, professional expertise, and training and working with some of the world’s top coaches. I have a diverse background that includes being an integrative psychiatrist in the mental health field, a certified life coach working toward ICF credentialing, a certified practitioner in energy psychology, a minister of a non-denominational, inclusive online community, and a spiritual healer.

My personal experiences include my own journey with sobriety, trauma healing, diverse lifestyles, and feeling completely fulfilled being a single woman after navigating the lessons of a variety of relationships and maintaining an open, loving heart.

As a coach, I believe in partnering with my clients and supporting you within a safe, nonjudgmental space. Coaching is a means to assist you to find all the possibilities to attain fulfilment in any area of your life. It predisposes that the answers are already within you. Coaching is a way to empower you to become your true, authentic self and interact with the world around you from a grounded, heart-centered place.
