Policies & Procedures

The following policies and procedures are in place to ensure a safe space with clear expectations so we will have a fulfilling coaching relationship

1. Prior to our first session the client agreement form must be signed and returned to the New Wave Potential coach. This is to be sure we both understand the agreement.

2. Our financial arrangement is understood by the financial agreement form.

3. A confidentiality statement, code of ethics, and disclaimer will be provided to you and can be found on the web site.

4. It is your responsibility to phone or sign in to our session at your scheduled time. Zoom is the platform of choice.

5. Each of our sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.

6. During these sessions we will work collaboratively for you in attaining your goals. Outcomes are not guaranteed and are dependent on your commitment and effort. The staff at New Wave Potential is committed to being fully present for you.

7. Coaching is NOT a form of therapy. The focus is on your present environment and the future you desire to create. There may be times when your past is discussed; however, it will only be in relation to the now and the future. You will be able to find a complete description of the differences on the website.

8. The Coach can be reached through the contact page on the website for brief inquiries. While the Coach aims to respond by the end of the business day, a response may take up to 48 hours. Should questions between sessions become frequent or detailed, the team member and Coach may evaluate the potential benefits of additional sessions and any associated costs.

9. At the end of every session we will have decided on actionable steps for the upcoming week. For maximum benefit and growth, complete these assignments prior to our next session.

10. Please respect the team’s time and if the need arises to cancel your session, please give 24 hours notice.
